To take admission in any of the course, it is mandatory to fill online registration form. After this, 3 different options are available for admission:

Direct Admissions at GATE CODERS Centre

Take a printout of registration acknowledgement slip & submit it along with the fee at concerned GATE CODERS office. Fee can be paid through Cash/DD/Debit or Credit Card at all the respective Centre.

• GATE CODERS ID-Card (if you are an Ex-GATE CODERS student).

• Cheque payment is not accepted.
• Candidates who are willing to pay through DD are advised to register online before proceeding for DD preparation or call us on +91 9250962229 to get DD details.
• Write your Full Name, Branch of Engineering and telephone number on the backside of the Demand Draft.

Admissions through Demand Draft (By Post)

Candidates, unable to reach the office in person, can take a printout of registration acknowledgment slip and send it along with the Demand Draft to the respective Centre.

Online Admissions

For our Classroom Programs, you may also apply through the Online Admission.

Complete the final registration by making the payment through any one of the following modes:

• Debit Card
• Credit Card
• Net Banking
• Student needs to pay the full fees at the time of admission only or in installments after reading the Terms & Conditions of installment facility.
• After successful completion of registration, receipt will be generated.
• Click on the Print button or save button given at the end.

In case a student is not able to continue the classes due to some unavoidable reasons, GATE CODERS will provide two alternatives to such candidates:

• Student can avail the fee refund facility within first 5 classes of the commencement of batch. Fee will be refunded after deducting initial processing and admission charges. Refund amount will be paid through account payee cheque only, which will be in the name of the candidate.
• The student can replace the seat with another student within first three months of the commencement of batch. The student who replaces the seat should not be current student of GATE CODERS and will not be offered any back-up classes previously distributed book or study material. Certain amount will be charged as replacement processing fee.
• Refund requests made verbally, over telephone, e-mail or by fax will not be valid or accepted.
• The refund and/or replacement application has to be submitted in person to the coordinator in the admission office by the student or parents only “Fee Refund” application. Please note that, we will not accept the Fee refund applications from any other person/relative/friend.
• The policy of fee refund or seat replacement is strictly according to the above mentioned terms and is not negotiable under any circumstances. Any refund of fee or seat replacement received without proper documents like ID-card (if issued), fee receipt & written application after the expiry of applicable period will not be processed or entertained.
• Refund for online admitted candidates will be done through online payment gateway only to the same banking account.

• The batch or Centre, once allotted at the time of admission, will not be changed. Hence, students are advised to discuss batch timings, batch commencement dates, venue and other details with our counselors and join suitable batches accordingly as per the convenience..
• Batches will not be changed from regular to weekend or vice-versa.
• Students enrolled under classroom courses will not be transferred or shifted to Postal Study Courses or any other program.
• College going/working candidates are advised to join weekend batches, as no batch change will be permitted later.

The campus of GATE CODERS is safe and secured. The campus is under electronic/CCTV surveillance for safety and security of its students. The institute has well equipped audio-visual classrooms with state-of-the-art equipments and includes LCD projector, which helps in conducting interactive sessions and presentations. There is also in-campus facility of photocopy, books shop and canteen.

Student can take help of faculty members if he/she has major doubts in a particular subject and if there are minor doubts then help can be taken from Assistant faculty.

The main aim of doubt clearing sessions is to provide an extra attention and a personal touch to the students, who are facing challenges in understanding some concepts. Doubt clearing sessions are conducted before or after the classes.

The benefit of these sessions is that they encourage the students to clear their doubts on any topic/subject so that their actual performance is not affected. These sessions also act as a big motivator and help them to renew their energy and enthusiasm towards their goals. Apart from this, faculty members or panel provides round the year support to clear the doubts of the students.

GATE has introduced virtual calculator in their examination interface. With physical calculators in real world i.e. in colleges, offices, etc., it becomes quite challenging to use virtual calculators suddenly. To ease out with this difficulty, we organize online practice sessions to make students familiar with the calculator, which in turn will save time and increase accuracy and speed in the examination hall.
