In case a student is not able to continue the classes due to some unavoidable reasons, GATE CODERS will provide two alternatives to such candidates:

• Student can avail the fee refund facility within first 5 classes of the commencement of batch. Fee will be refunded after deducting initial processing and admission charges. Refund amount will be paid through account payee cheque only, which will be in the name of the candidate.
• The student can replace the seat with another student within first three months of the commencement of batch. The student who replaces the seat should not be current student of GATE CODERS and will not be offered any back-up classes previously distributed book or study material. Certain amount will be charged as replacement processing fee.
• Refund requests made verbally, over telephone, e-mail or by fax will not be valid or accepted.
• The refund and/or replacement application has to be submitted in person to the coordinator in the admission office by the student or parents only “Fee Refund” application. Please note that, we will not accept the Fee refund applications from any other person/relative/friend.
• The policy of fee refund or seat replacement is strictly according to the above mentioned terms and is not negotiable under any circumstances. Any refund of fee or seat replacement received without proper documents like ID-card (if issued), fee receipt & written application after the expiry of applicable period will not be processed or entertained.
• Refund for online admitted candidates will be done through online payment gateway only to the same banking account.

The campus of GATE CODERS is safe and secured. The campus is under electronic/CCTV surveillance for safety and security of its students. The institute has well equipped audio-visual classrooms with state-of-the-art equipments and includes LCD projector, which helps in conducting interactive sessions and presentations. There is also in-campus facility of photocopy, books shop and canteen.

A doubt left un-cleared builds up in many more doubts and confusions. GATE CODERS is the only institute which gives special emphasis on doubt clearing sessions.

Student can take help of faculty members if he/she has major doubts in a particular subject and if there are minor doubts then help can be taken from Assistant faculty.

The main aim of doubt clearing sessions is to provide an extra attention and a personal touch to the students, who are facing challenges in understanding some concepts. Doubt clearing sessions are conducted before or after the classes.

The benefit of these sessions is that they encourage the students to clear their doubts on any topic/subject so that their actual performance is not affected. These sessions also act as a big motivator and help them to renew their energy and enthusiasm towards their goals. Apart from this, faculty members or panel provides round the year support to clear the doubts of the students.

The phase of preparation for competitive exam is a tough phase for any aspirant. There are situations when peer pressure, exam pressure, college / work pressure makes every student weak; and this is the time when student looks for a career counselor and motivator.
